Daniel Plan? I hadn't... it's all the same information... eating well, exercising, staying motivated, but there is a catch... the "cute" Dr. Oz is one of the founders. Check it out! I know I need all the help I can get... maybe you can find something inspiring as well.

My big thing is the exercise. I've got to get my butt in motion.
I"m thinking now that L will start preschool, I'll have a 3 hours twice a week to go to the gym (finally)
